Sistershare is a voluntary, peer-led listening group for women. Come as you are. Share what you choose. There is no pressure to speak and never any judgement – only warmth, confidentiality, and people who truly listen.
Whatever you bring, you'll be met with kindness - never judgement.
Talk, or simply sit and listen. Silence is always welcome here. You set your own pace.
What's shared in group stays in the group. A safe, private space you can trust.
No referral. No diagnosis. No expectation to be ‘okay’. Sistershare began with a simple belief – that every woman deserves to be truly heard.
We’re not therapists or a healthcare service; we’re women who hold space for one another, in a calm and gentle environment.
Whether life feels heavy or you just need company, there’s a chair waiting for you.
Come along to our Thursday evening group.
One of our friendly leaders will greet you at the entrance and welcome you to our group.
We open with a soft welcome and a gentle reminder: everything shared in this room stays in this room.
Speak, or simply listen – both are completely okay.
We wind down gently, knowing you’ve been heard – and that you’re always welcome back.
Everyone needs something a little different. Alongside our weekly circles, we offer wellbeing walks, guest speakers, workshops and social event. We also have a WhatsApp group for support.
You can find the kind of support that feels right for you, today.
There’s no right time and no wrong reason. Come along to a circle when you’re ready, or reach out quietly first — whatever feels easiest.
