Come along to our Thursday evening group. (6.30-8.30pm) we recommend arriving around 6.15 to get a drink and get settled.<\/p>

We sit together in a relaxed circle. Our leaders offer a soft welcome and reads our agreement aloud – a simple reminder that this is a confidential, kind, no-judgement space.
